Cauliflower Salad

Break the cauliflower into small pieces, peel the cucumbers and carrots, wash and set aside.

Chop garlic and parsley, add vinegar, parsley soy sauce, and sesame oil, mix well and set aside.
3.
Smash the cucumbers, simmer the carrots and cauliflower once in super hot water, add the freshly mixed juice to the cold water, mix well, or sprinkle some sesame seeds.
