Cauliflower with Thai Chili Sauce

Prepare materials.

Wash the cauliflower and blanch it in water.

Remove the blanched cauliflower and quickly pass it in cold water.

Prepare a bowl of juice, add two spoons of Thai sweet chili sauce; a little salt, a little sesame oil, and a little vinegar and stir well.

Tips:
The cauliflower blanching water should not be too long, it should be kept crisp with cold water.
