Cauliflower with Tomato

Wash tomatoes and cauliflower.

Dice the tomato, cut the cauliflower into pieces and set aside, and mix the gorgon powder with water.

After the oil is boiled, add the prepared tomatoes and stir-fry for about 3 minutes before adding the cauliflower.

Stir-fry for a few minutes, add 1 spoon of tomato sauce, add chicken essence and salt. Then add water (just dread the cauliflower!) Cover the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes. Then uncover the lid and add the glutinous rice flour to harvest the juice!

Tips:
When collecting the juice, stir fry the gorgon powder over high heat for 2 minutes!
