Celery Chips

Cut the celery into 5 cm long sections, and cut the potatoes into 5 cm long and 0.5 cm wide strips. Blanch the water and drain the water for later use.

Add oil to the pot and cook. Add onion and ginger, stir-fry to taste, add mash sauce, celery and potato chips for quick cooking
