Celery Cumin Beef

All raw materials are prepared: beef tenderloin, celery, green and red pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic, cumin powder, spicy seeds, and a little white sesame.

Dice beef, dice celery, cut green and red pepper into circles, and slice ginger and garlic. Marinate the diced beef with cornstarch, cooking wine, cumin powder and light soy sauce for 20 minutes.

Heat in an anhydrous and oil-free pan, turn off the heat, add white sesame seeds and stir-fry until the skin becomes slightly yellow.

Put oil in the pot, heat up, add the marinated beef, stir fry until white, and serve.

Leave the oil in the pot, add the ginger and garlic and sauté fragrant, then add the green and red peppers and stir fry.

Continue to add celery and stir-fry for 1 minute, add a little chicken essence.

Stir-fry the diced beef in 4, taking care not to add water, if the pot is relatively dry, reduce the heat. Add some cumin powder, if you like it, you can add some spicy seeds and pepper.

After the beef is cooked, turn off the heat, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, stir-fry evenly with a spatula, and serve.
Tips:
1. Pay attention to the size of the heat at all times. Do not add water when the beef is in the pot. It is easy to cook the dried beef, which will make the meat old and affect the taste.
2. The saltyness of soy sauce and cumin was present when the beef was marinated before, and there was no need to add salt afterwards.
