Celery Fungus

Wash the black fungus with water and tear it into small flowers by hand.

Remove the leaves of celery and cut it into small pieces with an oblique knife.

Wash and slice carrots, peel and slice garlic.

Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up, add the garlic slices and fry them for a nice aroma.

Add carrots and celery and stir fry a few times.

Add black fungus and stir fry, add a little water and stir fry for a while.

Tips:
When you stir fry vegetables, you can add a small amount of water and stir fry, so that you can reduce the amount of oil used and will not stick to the pot.
