Celery Mixed with Soybeans

Remove the old leaves of the bought celery, soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes, and then wash it repeatedly to control the moisture. First pick off the tender leaves, do not throw them away, and pickle them with a little salt. It is fragrant and refreshing. It is good for breakfast. Delicious side dishes.

Prepare cooked spiced soybeans. The preparation of spiced soybeans is also very simple. First soak the soybeans thoroughly, and then add salt, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, bay leaves, grass fruits and other seasonings into the pot and cook the cooked spiced soybeans. It's also delicious to eat directly. Add a little celery to mix it, and the taste is even more delicious.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add a little salt or drip a few drops of oil, add clean celery, blanch it, add salt and drip oil to keep the color of the vegetables unchanged.

The blanched celery is submerged in cold water to control the moisture, and then cut into sections according to personal preference.

Take a suitable size container and put the cut celery and soybeans into it. I use a large bowl, which is easy to mix vegetables.

Peel the garlic and wash it, chop it and use a garlic clamp to smash it, add it to a bowl, add homemade spicy sauce (not spicy but very fragrant) according to personal taste, I added 2 spoons.
