Celery Mixed with Vixen Noodles

Prepare 150 grams of celery and 100 grams of vixen noodles.

Soak the rice noodles in boiling water for 15 minutes, soak them softly or boil them. Be careful not to cook too softly, then soak them in cold water, because the noodles are more chewy and delicious.

Tips:
1. Simple cold dishes, without much skill.
2. Mix cold vegetables with cooked oil, I think it tastes better. You can make adjustments according to your taste.
