Celery Root Puree

I bought 650 grams of celery over the weekend and sautéed it with celery stems and leaves. The celery roots were cut and washed, soaked in clean water overnight to remove impurities from the roots.

After washing again, put it in a small milk pot.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Look at the pot, the color of the clear water has changed to grass green, and that's it.

Pour into a cup and drink directly after cooling slightly.
Tips:
1. There are many soil impurities in the root floc, so it must be cleaned.
2. You can also add other ingredients to cook according to your own taste.
