Celery Squid Shreds

Prepare the ingredients, soak the shredded squid with water.

Slice ginger and garlic, and cut celery into sections.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the ginger and garlic slices.
4.
Fry the celery segments until they are broken.
5.
Quickly stir-fry the shredded squid in an underwater pan.
6.
Stir in appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir well.
