Celery Stir-fried Beef

Prepare all the ingredients, wash the beef and cut into long strips, cut the celery into sections and cut the chili into strips, and shred the ginger;

Prepare the condiments: signature bibimbap sauce and steamed fish soy sauce;

Heat up a frying pan, add a small amount of Yuhuang oil to taste U-flavored peanut oil, sauté the ginger shreds, add the beef strips and stir-fry until the color changes and then pick up;

Set up another oil pot, use high-value Yuhuang oil to taste U-flavored peanut oil and saute Haitian's signature bibimbap sauce;

Then add the celery segments and chili, and stir-fry for about 1 minute on high heat;

Add beef strips and continue to stir fry. When it is about to come out of the pan, add Haitian steamed fish soy sauce and salt to taste;
