Cereal Nut Energy Bar

Chop the ready-to-eat almonds and set aside

Add raisins, cranberries, grated walnuts and black sesame seeds

Add the instant oatmeal and mix well with the previous cereals and nuts

Put butter, brown sugar and honey in a small pot and heat over medium to low heat

Heat to melt into liquid

Pour the butter syrup into the dry mix

Stir until completely uniform

After mixing, transfer to a square mold covered with parchment paper and smooth with a spatula

Put a piece of baking paper on it and compact it with a rectangular lunch box. 160 degrees, upper and lower fire, roast the middle layer for 25-30 minutes, take it out and let it cool and cut into pieces.
Tips:
It must be completely cooled before slicing, otherwise the energy bar will be broken when it is hot.
