Chai Chicken Soup with Yam, Gorgon and Lotus Seeds

Prepare fresh chai chicken; tidy up.

Take half and chop large pieces; tear off the chicken skin and set aside.

Prepare yam, lotus seeds, and gorgon.

Peel the yam and cut into pieces; rinse the lotus seeds and ginseng for later use.

Boil the water in the pot and pour the chicken nuggets.

Blanch until there is no blood, wash and set aside.

Put the blanched chicken pieces into the stewing pot.

Join yam.

Pour in lotus seeds and gorgon.

Add an appropriate amount of cold water.

Put it into the saucepan.

Cover the stew cup; add a proper amount of boiling water to the pot; cover the outer lid.

Adjust the simmering time.

When there are 1510 minutes remaining, add salt to adjust the flavor and serve warm.
Tips:
1. Lotus seeds are nourishing products. People with constipation and abdominal distension and pain should not eat it.
2. Yam is light and nourishing, has a flat sex, and can be eaten for a long time. However, swelling and stagnation of Qi are not taken.
3. People who feel wind-cold, constipation, qi depression and bloating should not consume Gorgon.
4. Do not consume too much Gorgon at one time, 50 grams is appropriate.
