Champignon Chrysanthemum

1. Chrysanthemum wash

2. Cut into sections, stalks and leaves open

3. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and tear the stalks into thin strips

4. Chop the green onion and ginger, and wash the chili shreds with water

5. Heat oil in a pot, sauté the scallions and ginger

Tips:

Stir-fry on high heat to prevent chrysanthemum chrysanthemum from softening out of soup
