Wash the pork leg meat, drain the water and dry it, remove the fascia, cut into small pieces and beat it into meat with a food processor.

The minced meat is placed in the bucket of the cook machine, and all the seasonings in the minced meat materials are added.

Install a mixing knife on the cook machine.

Start the cook machine at speed 2 and stir for 8 minutes.

Stir until the pork is strong enough to hang on the mixing knife.

Pour the prepared minced meat into a large bowl and wrap it with plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Spread a piece of greased paper on the baking tray, take 200g of minced meat and spread it on the greased paper, cover the surface with plastic wrap, and roll the minced meat into a uniform thin piece.

Tear off the plastic wrap, put the minced meat into the preheated oven, in hot air mode, fire up and down at 180 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.

When the time is up, take out the dried meat and brush the surface with a thin layer of honey.

Turn it over and brush with a layer of honey, then put it in the oven, still at 180 degrees, and bake for 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes, take out the dried meat, continue to brush both sides with honey, sprinkle the surface with white sesame seeds, put it in the oven at 180 degrees, bake for 6 minutes.

The dried meat can be baked after 3 times of baking. Finally, use kitchen scissors to cut into the size you like.
Tips:
1. If you don't have a cooking machine, you can use it to chop the pork yourself.
2. If there is no cook machine, use a pair of chopsticks to stir the minced meat in one direction until the minced meat is glued.
3. If the honey is too thick, add 10g of water and stir to make honey water.
4. Adjust the baking time and temperature according to the temper of your own oven.
5. If the oven has a hot air mode, be sure to turn on the hot air mode to dry the dried meat faster.
6. After the first baking, the dried meat will have water. You can pour out the water before brushing with honey to continue baking.
7. Don't use too much minced meat each time. I use a 28*28 gold plate, and bake 200g at a time.
8. The dried meat needs to be kept in the refrigerator and eat it as soon as possible.
