Change Brings Surprises-----snowflake Spinach Rice Ball
1.
Cook the rice as usual. Today I used the amount of one cup of rice. Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water. It does not need to be blanched for too long.
2.
Pick up the spinach. After it is not hot, put on disposable gloves and squeeze out any excess water from the spinach.
3.
Cut the spinach into fine pieces and place it with the cooked rice.
4.
Mix well.
5.
After the salted duck eggs are cooked, remove the shells, chop them, and mix well with rice.
6.
Put a little sesame oil.
7.
Put some sesame seeds and mix well.
8.
Put on disposable gloves, turn the rice ball into a round shape, then use a mold to cut the cheese and ham slices and stick them on the rice ball.
9.
Take a bite, it tastes good.
Tips:
1. The salted duck eggs I used today were bought in the supermarket, because the taste of self-made is relatively weak, it is not suitable for this kind of rice, the salted duck eggs bought outside are very salty, just use it.
2. Because the salted duck egg has a strong flavor, no salt is needed for the bibimbap.
3. The cheese is well cut into shape and sticky. The ham slices are not sticky. You can cut it thinly and wrap it in plastic wrap to press it for better.
4. To make this kind of rice ball, I think it is better to use Thai rice or Northeast rice.
