Heat the pan with cold oil, add dried chilies when the oil is hot. Fry the flavor and add the diced vegetables. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir fry, add sweet noodle sauce and minced ginger, add a little bit of water to the vegetables, add beef diced two minutes later. Turn off the heat after three minutes.
