I like to use the electric pressure cooker to cook porridge. It is mainly the appointment function, which is very convenient. Prepare it in the evening, get up early and uncover it, and it is softer than the freshly pressed porridge. A bowl of savoury seafood porridge in the morning, don’t be too beautiful~"

Scallop Porridge

1. Soak the scallops in water to soften.

2. Wash the coriander.

3. Chop it up and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

4. Wash the old ginger and cut into thin strips.

5. Rice into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker.

6. Tear the soaked scallops finely and add appropriate amount of water.

7. Then add ginger shreds.

8. Set the electric cooker to cook the porridge, make an appointment, and start waiting for dawn😃

9. Get up early and boil the porridge, add some salt.

10. Add coriander froth and mix well.

11. The salty and fragrant scallop porridge is ready.

Tips:

1. Thai rice is free of washing, no need to scrub, just rinse it with water.
2. The amount of water depends on the draught of the rice and the temperament of your own pressure cooker. The prepared porridge is slightly thicker and delicious.
3. Don't add too much salt to the porridge. Try to put it according to the amount of rice.
4. If you are not in a hurry in the morning, it is better to wash and cut coriander in the morning.
5. This time the rice has a little more water, and the porridge is a bit clear and not thick enough.
