Chaoshan Meatball Soup

Wash eryngii mushrooms and parsley

Cut pleurotus eryngii mushrooms and parsley into dices with a knife

Pour proper amount of water into the pot, add diced eryngii mushrooms, cover, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes

Put fish balls and cuttlefish balls in a pot and cook until they surface

Add some fish sauce to taste
