Char Siew and Stir-fried Bitter Gourd

1. Bitter melon given by a friend. (This kind of bitter gourd is bitter. I usually treat it with bitterness before children eat it.)

2. Wash the bitter gourd, cut in half, remove the flesh and seeds, and slice.

3. Sprinkle the chopped bitter gourd with 2 teaspoons of salt, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes to remove the bitterness.

4. The bitter gourd pickled with bitter water is washed away with water to remove the salt.

5. Cut garlic into minced garlic.

6. Cut the barbecued pork into thick shreds. (Barbecued pork is homemade. For the recipe, please refer to the recipe.)

7. Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.

8. Add the barbecued pork and stir fry.

9. Add bitter gourd and stir well.

10. Add oyster sauce and sugar and stir well, cover and cook until bitter gourd is soft.

11. Out of the pot.

12. After going through bitter gourd, children also like to eat it.
