Char Siew and Stir-fried Bitter Gourd

Bitter gourd slices;

Gently grasp the pickled bitter gourd with 1/3 tsp of refined salt for a while, rinse off with water, and drain;

Cut the barbecued pork into thin strips, put the bottom oil in the pot, and stir the barbecued pork into the pot for a little fragrant;
