Cheddar Cheese Scones

Mix low-gluten flour, baking powder and sugar through a sieve and mix well

Add butter softened at room temperature

Slowly rub the flour and butter with both hands to make the final appearance of coarse corn flour

Add softened shredded cheddar cheese

Mix well

Pour milk

Mix well and knead into dough

Put the dough on the chopping board and flatten it with your hands at will, roughly evenly thin, about 1cm thick

Use a scraper to randomly cut into triangles

Place in the baking tray

Brush a thin layer of egg liquid on the surface

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, 180 degrees, about 20 minutes
13.
Read out and let cool, ready to eat
Tips:
1. The powder can be better mixed evenly by sieving first;
2. During the process of adding liquid to the powder to form a dough, don't knead it too much, just mix it well to form a dough;
3. The final shape can be arbitrary, cut into triangles or use biscuit moulding to make a special shape;
