Cheese Baked Sweet Potatoes

For the material drawing, please ignore the taro.

Wash the sweet potatoes, cut them in half, and steam them in a steamer. Different pots and utensils require different time. I usually take twenty minutes.

The cheese is shredded.

Take out the steamed sweet potatoes and let them cool slightly.

Use a spoon to remove the sweet potato flesh, keeping the skin intact. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Add sugar, butter and milk to the removed potato meat.

Put the mashed potato back into the sweet potato skin.

Put on the shredded cheese.

Put it in the oven for 200, color it and let it out, about 15 minutes.
Tips:
This is breakfast on a certain day, and the little girl likes it very much.
Originally I was going to try it with taro, but then I suddenly remembered that Papa Mi was not very interested in cheese, so let's leave the taro as the original flavor for Dad to eat. So only sweet potatoes were used.
