PS: It is best to choose iron rod yam, generally the diameter of iron rod yam is about 2-2.5 cm, the skin is slightly darker, and the rhizome has rust stains. If you can't buy avocado, you can also use steamed potatoes or sweet potatoes instead.

Use a knife to cut a circle along the core of the avocado. After cutting, twist the left hand and right hand in the forward and backward directions respectively, and the avocado will naturally separate in two.

PS: It is best to wear gloves when removing the yam skin, because the mucus of yam contains plant alkaloids, and the yam skin contains saponin. When the skin comes in contact with them, it will be very itchy.

PS: The steamed yam needs to be mashed while it is hot. It takes more time to mash it. If it is not easy to mash it with a spoon, you can use the two ends of a rolling pin to mash it.

Add 20g of formula milk to the yam puree and mix well.
PS: The mashed yam paste is sticky, and it may be difficult for babies to chew in the mouth. After adding formula milk, it can make the yam paste smoother. If there is no formula milk, you can also use milk instead.
Babies who drink breast milk can also be replaced with plain water.

Separate the egg yolk and egg white, beat the egg yolk and set aside.

Put the yam puree into a bowl that can be put in the oven.
PS: Be sure to put it in a utensil that can be put in the oven to prevent it from cracking. If you don’t have such a small bowl, you can put the ingredients in the avocado husk~

Then put the avocado puree on top of the yam puree and smooth it with the back of a spoon.

PS: I bought strips of cheese. If you buy flakes, you can also spread them directly on the liquid egg yolk.
