Cheese Breaded Shrimp Roll

Cut off the sides of the square bag and roll it out thinner with a rolling pin for later use.

Peel the prawns, remove the intestines, and chop into prawn paste. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and mix well.

Spread cheese and shrimp paste on the bread and roll it up. Note that the prawn paste should be thinned to avoid unripe.

Roll it up and wrap it with a layer of egg wash.

Put a little oil in the pan and fry on both sides over low heat. Note that the fire must be low, and fry the prawns slowly. Cut into pieces and set the plate.
