Cheese Egg Roll

1. Ingredients

2. Dice ham and all vegetables (4/1 for all vegetables is enough)

3. Cut cheese into strips or diced as you like

4. Beat the eggs and add some milk

5. Add a little salt and pepper and stir well

6. Stir the egg liquid and strain the egg tendons

7. Put a little oil in the pan, and fry the vegetables and ham in the pan.

8. Start another pot, brush a thin layer of oil in the pot, and turn on the minimum heat

9. Pour a part of the egg liquid

10. Wait for the egg liquid to solidify slightly, add vegetables and diced ham

11. Put a few sticks of cheese

12. Slowly roll up one side of the egg

Tips:

I only take 4/1 of all vegetables, which is enough to fry 4 egg rolls.
