Cheese Fruit Crisp

Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal portions.

Take one piece and fold the two opposite corners in half.

Cut twice like I did.

turn on.

Fold it up as shown, click on the corner, and stick it on.

Both sides are set.

Put a spoonful of cheese in the middle and a piece of diced fruit on top. I put yellow peaches, strawberries, and blueberries.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Golden yellow is fine. The heat I bake is a bit low, and a higher heat will make it more crispy, but it doesn't affect the taste. Let cool and eat.
