Prepare the ingredients, dice the butter and place in the basin

Whipped cream butter is very fluffy

Pour the flour mixture into a flour sieve, sift and add to the whipped butter

Stir with a spatula until there are no dry flour particles

Take the cheese slices, fold each slice like this, and tear it apart from the middle

Knead the cheese slices into a ball

Divide the dough into 21g/piece small doughs, 10 small doughs in total

The oven is preheated in advance, I use Donglingyan baking oven, the upper and lower fire, 160 degrees, bake for 20 minutes
Tips:
1. The temperature of each oven will be different, adjust the temperature and time according to the temperature of your own oven.
2. If there is no almond flour, you can use the same amount of low-gluten flour instead. The taste of almond flour should be more mellow than that of all flour.
