Cheese Lava Bread

Knead other ingredients except butter into dough

Add butter and knead until the dough is not sticky

Yeast dough

After the fermentation, the dough is vented and divided into five equal parts to relax for 15 minutes

Ferment again. After fermenting, sprinkle flour and cut the opening with scissors, and you can start baking~

Tips:
I fry this stuffing first. This time I used the same cheese powder that I didn’t have mozzarella cheese at home, and there are also some tortillas~ I’ll try again next time if there is no lava.
