Cheese Loaf

All the ingredients except butter are mixed and kneaded to form a smooth dough, then add butter and knead until the expansion stage.

Heat the oven at 30 degrees, add a plate of hot water, and leave the dough to ferment for 40 minutes to double the size of the hole without shrinking.

Divide into even portions and ferment for 15 minutes at room temperature.

The dough is formed into long strips.

Add a plate of hot water to the oven at 38 degrees Celsius, and leave the dough to ferment for a second time for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle cheese sticks on top, the amount depends on personal taste.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, and cover with tin foil after the surface is colored.
