This method is very simple for more than 12 months. All the ingredients are processed, and they can be directly made into a paste with a food processor, and then spread and cooked.

Ingredients

Cheese Mini Shrimp Cake [baby Food Supplement]

1. · Reference Moon Age·
Babies who are over 12 months old and are not allergic to ingredients· Food preparation·
100 grams of shrimp / 60 grams of rice, 15 grams of rape leaves / 1 egg / 20 grams of shredded cheese Accessories: oil / fresh mushroom powder / lemon

2. Remove the shrimp thread from the back and abdomen of the shrimp, and marinate for 15 minutes to remove the fishy.

3. Boil the rapeseed in a boiling water pot once, remove and chop into fines.

*You can mix and match vegetables at will, mainly to hide them in the shrimp paste, so that children can take in more nutrition.

4. Pour the marinated shrimp into the food processor, add rice and beat an egg

5. Beat all the ingredients thoroughly and finely.

6. Pour the mashed paste into a bowl, add crushed rape, crushed cheese, and a little fresh mushroom powder to taste. Stir all the ingredients thoroughly.

*The shredded cheese has been said many times, so I won’t repeat it here. Remember to choose the original one to give your child more calcium.

7. Brush the pan with oil, take an appropriate amount of the stirred paste and put it into the pan, and arrange it into a cake shape.

*Or you can directly pour the paste into a mold or a small bowl, and steam it on the pot for about 15 minutes to make shrimp intestines and steamed cakes.

8. Turn on low heat, fry until the bottom is set, then turn it over.

9. Continue to fry until both sides are slightly yellow, and when they are cooked, take out the small shrimp cakes for your baby to eat.

10. With this, my son's staple food + meat + vegetables can be done together, supplemented with protein and calcium, and can exercise the child's grasp and chewing, which is too good to be better.

Moreover, using rice instead of flour for molding can not only solve the unfinished rice at home, the taste is softer and simpler~
