Prepare ingredients

Mix all vegetables ➕ cheese ➕ olive oil ➕ black pepper, mix well

Spread the well-mixed fillings on the pancakes, stack the crusts, and smear the egg liquid on the seal. Cover the pot and fry on low heat for about 5 minutes

Fry the crepes on both sides until golden brown
