Cheese Red Sausage Butterfly Noodles

All raw materials are ready.

Dice the red sausage and set aside. Cook the butterfly noodles in clean water and remove the dried water for use.

Melt a piece of butter in a small pot.

After the butter has melted, pour the diced sausage and stir fry for a while.

Add 2 teaspoons of breakfast cheese and let the cheese melt slowly.

To prevent the cheese from sticking to the bottom of the pan, pour some milk, the cheese and milk are fully fused and thick and turn off the heat.

Spread a layer of butterfly noodles on the bottom of the baking tray, and then spread a layer of cheese sauce.

Add another layer of cheese slices, and then spread a layer of butterfly noodles, sprinkle some perilla powder on top, and heat for 5 minutes in the oven.
