Cheese Rolls
1.
Prepare all materials according to the main ingredient list
2.
First make a bread dough, add other materials except butter, dried cranberries, and cheese from wet to dry into the bucket of the bread machine, and finally put the yeast on the flour
3.
Start the IMAX program and mix for 20 minutes
4.
The film formed by pulling out the dough after 20 minutes is still very thick, and the edges of the holes are not smooth
5.
At this time, add softened butter and continue to start the IMAX program for 20 minutes
6.
After another 20 minutes, the dough can be pulled out, and a thinner film can be drawn. The edge of a hole is smoother, which is the expansion stage.
7.
Add dried cranberries, start the kneading process and continue stirring for about 5 minutes
8.
Take out the dough, knead it, put it in an oiled bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it to ferment for about one hour at 28°C
9.
Fermented to double the size
10.
Take out the dough, press and vent, divide into four equal parts, knead round, cover with plastic wrap, and wake up for 15 minutes
11.
Take out a dough, roll it out with a rolling pin, add diced cheese on the edge, and roll it up
12.
After being rolled up, the mouth is closed as shown in the figure
13.
After the four bread embryos are made, they are placed in a baking pan covered with tin foil, covered with plastic wrap, and fermented to about 1.5-2 times the size, sprinkled with some high-gluten flour for decoration
14.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, fire up and down, and bake the middle layer for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
Tips:
Dried cranberries can be replaced with other dried fruits. If you don’t have one, you can ignore it. You can choose the cheese you like, and you don’t have to limit the variety. When the bread is shaped, you need to roll it a bit longer, so that a round cavity can appear in the middle after fermentation. Doughnut-like shape
