Tips:

2. This amount is made with this mini mold for 9 pieces. If you want to make 12 pieces, you can increase the amount of milk powder and water to 200 grams in the same proportion. There is no need to add cheese slices. Add a teaspoon of cheese powder and gelatin slices. 3 grams, that is, 5 grams of gelatin tablets use 2 tablets. If the amount of liquid is used, I can solidify this amount with a piece of gelatin, but this cheese stick pursues a slightly firmer taste, so the amount is slightly larger.
