I have made Wangzi small steamed buns many times. After many attempts, I am basically satisfied with what I made this time.

Wangzai Steamed Bun

1. Stir eggs, sugar, corn oil, and milk powder evenly

2. Add potato starch and flour

3. Stir it into a uniform dough

4. Group into small group

5. Put in a preheated oven, 150 degrees, and the middle layer of the oven can be heated up and down at 150 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

6. Just let it out and let cool.

7. Ready to eat

Tips:

1. The starch should be potato starch. 2. Due to the different hygroscopicity of flour, if the dough is dry, add a little more oil, and if the dough is wet, add a little starch. 3. The oven temperature is different, pay attention to the appropriate adjustment of the oven temperature.
