Cheese Sweet Potato Balls

Prepare materials.

Peel and cut sweet potatoes.
3.
Put it in a pot and steam for 20 minutes until cooked.

The steamed sweet potatoes are pressed into a puree while hot.

Add sugar, glutinous rice flour and milk to the mashed sweet potato.

Stir into even mashed potatoes.
7.
Take a piece of mashed potato and spread it out and put the cheese in the center.

Then roll it into a ball.

Brush the pan with oil, add the sweet potato balls and fry them until golden.
Tips:
It can be fried, but I generally don’t use fried.
