Cheese Sweet Potato Cake

The sweet potatoes are peeled and cut into pieces and steamed in a pot.

Chop cheese and sweet potatoes, mix well and mash into puree.

Add a spoonful of sugar and milk. (I did not add glutinous rice flour in my method. The taste is relatively soft. Adding glutinous rice flour can make the cake soft and elastic.)

Dump into the same size cakes, put a little oil in the pan, and fry them on the frying pan until golden on both sides.

Or put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 200 degrees and bake it for about 8 minutes.
Tips:
1. If there is glutinous rice flour, you can add some glutinous rice flour to make it soft and elastic.
2. If you don't like to eat too sweet, you don't need to put sugar.
