Cherry Jam
1.
Wash the big cherries
2.
Net weight after core removal and pedicle removal is 500 grams
3.
Put it into the inner tube of the bread machine, add white sugar and rock sugar. If you like to eat delicate, you can use a food processor to puree, I like grainy, so just cook it
4.
Cover the inner cylinder with tin foil to avoid splashing on the cover. Remember to leave a seam for the hot air, otherwise it will be too thin, or it may overflow because the air can’t get out.
5.
Select the jam program, turn on the bread machine, and wait. You can open it in the middle to see it looks like it's stirring
6.
The end of the program, the ready-made cherry jam
7.
Boil the bottle in hot water for 3 minutes, let it dry naturally, let the jam cool for a while, put it into the bottle when it's not too hot, turn the lid upside down for a while, and then put it in the refrigerator.
8.
It’s good to eat with bread or mix in homemade yogurt.
Tips:
Be sure that the tin foil should not be covered too tightly, leave seams, and the amount of fruit should not be too much, so as not to overflow
