Cherry Jam

Wash the cherries, dry them, and pinch out the cherry cores.

Sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar and marinate for 2 hours.

Pour the porridge into a non-stick pan over low heat, flatten and crush the cherries with a spatula, and boil until thick.
4.
It is good for spreading bread toast and bun slices.
Tips:
Ripe cherries are already very sweet, so you don't need to add too much sugar.
