Cherry Jam
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Wash the cherries and remove the pits.
3.
Pour the sugar into the processed cherries, stir well, and marinate for an hour.
4.
After an hour, the sugar melted and the cherries seeped a lot of juicy water, so they can be poured into the pot and boiled.
5.
Pour the pickled cherries into the pot, add rock sugar, and simmer slowly.
6.
This process takes about half an hour. Stir constantly during the cooking process to prevent sticking to the pan.
7.
When the boiled water dries quickly, the sauce is stirred until it becomes thick.
8.
Put the prepared jam in a clean container while it is hot, seal it and let it cool, and then store it in the refrigerator. Because I make less, I put it directly in the fresh-keeping box and eat it as soon as possible.
9.
The finished jam is beautiful in color and taste, and it can be stored for a long time if it is well preserved.
