Cherry Jam

Wash and pit the big cherries

Put the cherries into the pot and add the equal amount of water. I added a few more apples. Boil on high heat and turn to low heat.

Add honey and lemon juice when it becomes soft, collect the juice and bring it out of the pot.

After drying, put it into a glass bottle and put it in the refrigerator to enjoy at any time.
