Cherry Jam Ice Cream

Add 30 grams of fine sugar to the egg yolk, add milk, and mix well

Stir while heating on high fire, turn to low heat when it is about to boil, keep stirring until thick, the traces of whisk will not disappear immediately

When it's cool, add cherry jam, mix well and set aside

Add the whipped cream and the remaining fine sugar to beat till 7th to distribute (the traces of the whisk will not disappear)

Pour the mixed custard paste into the whipped cream and mix well

Pour into ice cream bucket that has been frozen for more than 8 hours

Put the ice cream bucket into the bread machine, select the IMAX program
8.
Stir for 20 minutes

After stirring, pour the ice cream into the crisper and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours

Dig a ball for eating
Tips:
Because the jam I make is sweet, the amount of fine sugar is not much when making ice cream.
