Cherry Liqueur

Prepare cherries, rock sugar, glutinous rice wine

Wash the cherries in cold water

The washed cherries are drained of water

Remove the stalk of the cherry

Cut a few cuts on the cherry pulp

Take a bottle and put a layer of cherries
7.
Put another layer of rock sugar until the bottle is 8 minutes full
8.
Pour glutinous rice wine
9.
Seal up well, generally let it stand for about 15-20 days, it is ready
10.
This bottle of cherry wine is one month old
