I haven't seen my friends for a long time. After going out for a few days, together with watching football and the weather getting hot, I haven't had any food for almost half a month. This cherry fruit vinegar was when the cherries were on the market some time ago, and I bought a batch with my colleagues, and I specially reserved a little bottle to make it. Cherries are rich in sugar, protein, vitamins, calcium, iron and other elements. They are very nutritious. I especially like the crystal-clear red of cherry vinegar. In the recent World Cup, there must be a lot of friends who stay up late to watch football. Drink appropriately. A little cherry vinegar can help protect eyesight and replenish brain blood.

Cherry Vinegar

1. The cherries are cleaned, picked, and blow-dried naturally

2. Randomly stroke the surface of the cherry with a knife a few times

3. Put the processed cherries and rock sugar into a clean, water- and oil-free glass bottle

4. Pour the rice vinegar

5. Sealed and preserved

6. The color gradually turns red. After half a month, you can drink it anytime you want, but don’t drink too much. About 20ml a day is enough.
