Cherry Yogurt Smoothie

Fresh big cherries are soaked in light salt water for 10 minutes, and then washed repeatedly.

Prepare a box of yogurt, you can also use fresh milk, my children want to drink yogurt taste so they used yogurt, sweet and sour.

The washed cherries remove the pits and cut into small pieces.

Pour the yogurt into the cooking cup.

Pour the chopped cherry pulp into the cooking cup.

Turn on the power to squeeze the juice directly. I use the simplest juicer. You can use a wall breaker, which has better results.

Sprinkle some desserts or dried fruits on top of the finished smoothie. If you like cold drinks, you can add some ice cubes or put them in the container before putting them into the freezer for 3-5 minutes, and then pour them into the cup. The ice-cold taste is also popular with children.
