First boil the water in the pot, throw the chestnut in and cook for a few minutes, then turn off the heat. Soak the chestnut in boiling water for 10 minutes to easily remove the husk on the outside of the chestnut.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water for half an hour to boil, rinse and cut into small pieces and put a piece of chestnut.
