Chop the chestnut meat.

The chopped chestnut meat is mixed with cornmeal, flour, sugar, and baking powder.

Slowly add an appropriate amount of warm water, stirring while adding water.

Mix into a smooth dough.

Divide the noodles into 9 parts, dip both hands in water, hold the dough in one hand, press a nest in the middle of the dough with the thumb of the other hand, and rotate the other four fingers together to form a nest-head embryo.

Boil the water in the steamer on a high fire, brush a layer of oil on the steamer, place the wotou embryos, cover and steam for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
1 Chestnut meat can be ground into a powder and taste more delicate.
2 There is no need to knead the dough too much.
