Chi Heart Pizza
1.
First make the pie crust: first pour the milk, salt, salad oil, sugar, and high-gluten flour into the bucket of the bread machine, and finally put the yeast on the top of the flour to start the dough function (because I did it for the first time, I didn’t think about it. image)
2.
Stir-fry the diced sausage, onion, green pepper, etc. separately to remove excess water and bring out the fragrance of the ingredients. Cut the mozzarella cheese into strips and diced pieces separately (not shot, uh)
3.
Roll the dough into a crust and put it in the prepared pizza pan. The crust should be about 2cm larger than the plate. Use a fork to pierce some holes in the middle to prevent it from getting up.
4.
Surround the sliced cheese sticks with the plate and make them evenly sized
5.
Tuck the edges along the edges. After waking up for 20 minutes, put the pizza crust into the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes. The crust will be slightly colored (press the pause button) (I chose Pizza function key, so I pressed pause and will continue later)
6.
After taking out the colored crust, start adding fillings. First spread the pizza sauce (I used the ready-made one) and then add onions, diced sausages, green peppers, etc. layer by layer, and sprinkle a layer of cheese on each layer of ingredients
7.
Finally, add bacon and sprinkle with a thick layer of cheese (I really like the rich cheese flavor, so I add more cheese)
8.
Put the prepared pizza in the suspended oven (180 degrees), bake for about 10 minutes, and see the cheese on the surface of the pizza starts to boil and become a little burnt.
9.
Here is a picture of the finished product, which is full of color and taste. I have fallen in love with baking from now on.
