Chia Seed Oatmeal

Prepare the ingredients: Use walnut kernels, 30g oatmeal, 8g chia seeds, a little raisins, and a little dried cranberries to remove the walnuts.

Pour the oatmeal in the food processor.

Add 1 walnut kernel.

Add 200ml of water.

Just press the rice paste button, it takes about 15 minutes.

Pour some chia seeds in the bottom of the bowl.

Pour part of the oatmeal paste.

Stir well.

Then sprinkle some dried cranberries and raisins.

Pour in the remaining oatmeal paste.

Sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.

Finally, sprinkle some chia seeds and get a full-fledged breakfast.
Tips:
1. The oatmeal is instant oatmeal, so that you can turn the oatmeal to eat.
2. If you like to eat thinner, you can make the ratio of oats to water 1:10.
3. There is no sugar in this oatmeal rice cereal. If you like sweets, you can add some honey or sugar to taste.
